- First name (required to personalize the PDF)
- Last name (optional)
- Your questionnaire answers
- Calculated scores
- Submission date
Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is collected solely for aggregated analytics to improve the tool.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a of GDPR).
No data is sold to third parties.
No individual profiling is performed.
